Olet’te Cayetana Chardonnay, lovingly referred to as "Mama's Lot," is a dazzling wine sourced from the renowned Cayetana Vineyard. This exceptional 8.5-acre vineyard is nestled within the Petaluma Gap AVA, which boasts a unique micro-climate and terroir that contribute to the wine's elegant and distinct character.

Each afternoon, the daily coastal breezes and fog that sweep inland from the Pacific Ocean through the “Gap” creating cool temperatures and conditions that are ideal for growing cool, weather grape varietals, thus allowing us to grow stunning Chardonnay grapes.

The wine entices with delightful aromas of fresh lemon, ripe stone fruit, vanilla bean, and a subtle hint of creamy butter. These notes are accompanied by a touch of minerality and English toffee, adding complexity to the bouquet. On the palate, our Chardonnay is full-bodied yet bright and crisp, offering a creamy mouthfeel and impeccably balanced acidity.
